Cannabis Products
All Sales Are Final: In accordance with California law, all sales of cannabis products are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for cannabis products once they have been delivered.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product (e.g., a Broken merch item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if verified, may offer a replacement or store credit.
Non-Cannabis Products
Eligibility: Non-cannabis items, such as accessories or merchandise, can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
